The jet-grouting (DWF-drawing, 26 Kb) of a natural soil, with all complexity of its geological, hydro geological as well as town-building conditions for the construction of the «Tsar’s Garden» Multifunctional complex is being applied at this unique object opposite the Kremlin in the biggest volume for the present day in Russia. More than 8500 м³ of soils are treated with using of 5200 tons of cement on this site.

       The jet-grouting technology was used for consolidation of foundations of the nearby buildings, execution of a horizontal antifiltration curtain (one of the most deepened in Europe), erection of the excavation pits enclosure without temporary support, eroded limestone cementing strengthening in the bored columns basements, as well as joint packing between diaphragm walls panels.

       In the article both positive and negative experience of this construction is analyzed, jet cementation parameters for various kinds of work are also provided.
