The waterproofing system of the Multifunctional complex «Tsar's Garden» underground part is executed in compliance with closed and continuous «pool» scheme and doesn’t envisage the external permanent drainage.        The waterproofing high reliability is guaranteed by polyethylene geo-membranes in combination with the internal additional drainage layer and external layer of geotextiles of high strength and reliability as well by the most crucial joints sectional sealing.        The Multifunctional complex «Tsar's Garden»: Waterproofing scheme of underground space.        In case of local undetected damage of waterproofing layer or improper execution of its parts individual welded seams the additional drainage layer allows to take away effluent through defects of walls waterproofing and foundation slab (filtered with exterior geotextile filter) small amount of water into the drainage pits of the internal fire-fighting system, equipped with pumps and located above the protected waterproofing. The external dense filter sealing not only prevents the suffusion processes development but results in the leaks decrease.
